A softer year. A stronger me.


I’ve been sitting with this list for a while, and it feels like the most honest reflection of where I’m headed next.


Not louder. Not busier. Not more for the sake of more.


But clearer. Calmer. More grounded. More me.

Here’s what I’m consciously leaving behind and what I’m choosing to step into instead.


OUT ✋🏼

  • Overthinking every decision

  • Proving myself to people who aren’t meant to stay

  • Outside validation

  • Focusing on what I can’t control

  • A dysregulated nervous system

  • Pouring from an empty cup

  • Trying to manage how others see, choose, or respond to me

  • Living in “I wish I would have…”


IN 🌿

  • Focusing on my blessings

  • Standing in my power

  • A money dance for every dollar earned 💃🏼

  • Stepping into my God-given authority

  • A regulated nervous system

  • Focusing on what is in my control

  • Filling my cup first

  • Letting people be who they are

  • Celebrating the moment I’m in

  • Living in “I went for it.”


This year isn’t about chasing a version of me that looks impressive from the outside. It’s about becoming the version of me that feels steady, peaceful, magnetic, and deeply aligned on the inside.


It’s about choosing presence over pressure. Peace over performance. Faith over fear. Consistency over chaos.


And honestly? That feels like the real glow-up.


Here’s to a year of regulated nervous systems, full cups, bold moves, soft mornings, brave decisions, and trusting what’s already unfolding.
