Leadership Is Showing Up: The Kind of Leader I’ve Always Strived to Be

If you know me at all, you know that I show up.
I train, I host calls, I advocate hard behind the scenes, I answer the phone, and if there’s an event and my schedule is free, I’m there. I’ll get in my car and drive three hours or hop on a plane.
I’m consistent, even when my own life is in shambles, because I take leadership seriously, I take mentorship seriously, and I have always made an effort to make the people I lead feel seen, appreciated, supported and valued.
Happy mail, retreats, team calls, phone calls, showing up when it matters. I speak life over my people when they feel like imposters, I celebrate the hell out of them when they win, and whether it’s brainstorming, problem-solving or simply needing someone in their corner, I’m there.
Am I perfect? Absolutely not.
I’ve dropped the ball, I’ve missed things and I’ve made mistakes, and when I do, I take accountability for them.
I’ve also always believed in collaboration over competition.
Resources? I’ve shared them. Team calls? Open to everyone. Local events? Come. Need help and you’re not technically on my team? I’ll still do my best to help you.
And one thing I will always be very clear about is that I did not build this alone, we built it collectively as a team with thousands of hours, ideas, gifts, talents, sacrifices, conversations, relationships and women choosing to show up alongside one another.
My team is everything to me, always has been and always will be, and for the last six years I’ve done my best to make sure the way I lead reflects that.
That’s how I’ve led for my entire career in network marketing, and that’s never going to change.
My intentions have always been simple: make people feel valued, help them believe in themselves, build leaders, help them make money, and create a space people genuinely enjoy being part of.
I love what I do and I’ll always pour into the women who do it with me.
Love you guys.
