In 2023, I went all in with a waterless beauty brand that would quickly become the fastest-growing waterless beauty brand on the planet.
Since then, we’ve collectively moved millions in sales every single month—with products designed to support skin and health at a truly cellular level.
What began as an intuitive pull just four days postpartum became something far bigger than I ever could have imagined—opening doors I never could have planned for. From launching the first-ever hydroxytyrosol-based makeup at NYFW to being featured in TIME Women of the Year and Vanity Fair, the growth has been extraordinary.
But what I’m most proud of isn’t the headlines.
It’s the women.
The women in my organization are some of the strongest leaders in this industry—leading thousands across the U.S., Canada, and now Europe. This has never been about one person. It’s about what we’re building together.
I have the honor of building this alongside women at the very top of their game, and together we’re setting a new standard for leadership, collaboration, and what’s possible in this profession.
That’s the magic of this company.
