In the picture above, you see me pre-baby and about 10 pounds lighter than I am right now, but you wouldn’t know that by the puffiness in my face.
I still have the same diet, I work out the same, but the puff you can see from then to now is wildly different.
I started incorporating hydroxytyrosol into my daily supplement line up 4 days postpartum, and WOW.
Hydroxytyrosol is one of the most powerful antioxidants out there-clinically studied for its ability to fight internal stress and even promote glowing skin.
Hydroxytyrosol is significantly more concentrated in olive leaves than in olive oil. Studies show that olive leaf extracts can contain up to 10 times more hydroxytyrosol than extra virgin olive oil.
• Olive leaves: The primary source of hydroxytyrosol, where it exists in high concentrations, especially in the form of oleuropein, which is converted into hydroxytyrosol during processing or digestion.
• Olive oil: Contains hydroxytyrosol, but in much lower concentrations, as most of the compound remains in the leaves and water phase during oil extraction.
This high potency makes olive leaf extracts particularly valuable for skincare, health, and wellness, as hydroxytyrosol is a powerful antioxidant with anti-puff, anti internal stress and anti-aging properties.
