Let’s be honest… there are plenty of days when getting my steps in is the last thing I feel like doing.

I’m tired.

I’m busy.

The couch is calling my name. 😂

But I’ve learned that the days I don’t want to do it are often the days that matter the most.

Because it’s easy to show up when you’re motivated.

The real progress comes from learning how to show up when you’re not.

It doesn’t have to be a perfect workout. It doesn’t have to be an hour at the gym. Sometimes it’s simply putting on your shoes, getting outside, and taking a walk.

Just do something.

And honestly, having people who are doing it with you makes such a difference. That’s why I created my Instagram accountability group — a place where we can encourage each other, check in, and keep showing up even when motivation is nowhere to be found.

If you’ve been wanting to get your steps in more consistently, come join us!

We don’t have to be perfect. We just have to keep showing up.

The days you don’t want to are the days that count the most.
